10,000 of my gamerscore has been wiped?

My gamerscore has gone from 83,710 down to 73,861 ? Anyone have any idea what might of caused this?

Gamerscore has been deducted

my gamerscore has been reset by over 10,000 as it use to be 39,000 or just above. My games say I have completed 0% of the gamerscore but when I click on them it says I have unlocked some of the achievements.

I've been playing the 360 since the release of Halo 3 and my gamerscore is less than 10,000.

No,you get the reward points as you earn the gamerscore,you don't get 10,000 in bulk at the end.

If you have already got 10.000 gamerscore then you've already earnt the 10,000 reward points.

Been a lot of confusion about this,they could of worded the promo a lot better.

The points were added as you unlocked gamerscore.You don't get a bulk lot of 10,000 rewards points once you got to 10,000.

For example,if you unlocked a achievement worth 100 gamerscore then 100 reward points were added when you unlocked that achievement up to a total of 10,000 gamerscore/reward points.

The wording on the punch card should of been a lot clearer as a lot of people are confused by this.

Sounds as if your profile has been corrupted somehow. Delete it from your hard drive and then recover it, information on how to do that can be found here

When deleting, make sure to pick the Profile Only option.
