10 000 Microsoft Rewards points not showing up

I recently completed the 10 000 G for 10 000 Microsoft rewards challenge (barely made it) but the points did not show up even I have the 2/2 and 10 000/ 10 000 showing with check marks and everything. Does anyone know how long it takes to reflect? I checked
my balance and I only have mines for purchases I made

The points should of been added as you unlocked gamerscore.You don't get a bulk lot of 10,000 points at the end,you get it as you went along so for example if you unlocked a 50 point achievement then 50 rewards points were added at the time you unlocked
that achievement all the way up to a total of 10,000 gamerscore/rewards points.

Rewards has it own Support.

You can find the link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

Since the last purchase isn't older than 48h I would recommend to wait some more days before contacting them.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.

ill be happy to show a receipt at some point. it took the $10 microsoft gift card away because i qualified for the rewards mission.
