10,000 credits not being deposited

Like many on this forum, I have not received my points as of yet. When I cashed in my gems for the first time on the 6th of this month on the 10,000 credits($10), I was told it would be in my account no later than 96 hours, and it is now the 16th, 10 days
later. It is also a day past the 15th, when points are automatically deposited into the account. Today, when I looked on my rewards page to manually cash in, there was no way to do so, and my points status is now 10,529, due to fulfilling other rewards. So,
is the Rewards System under heavy maintenance/rehaul, is the gem system messed up, or is there a problem in general depositing the points into our accounts? I have to say, I've been a part of the rewards system since I was first given the invite for the beta
in December 2010, and have gotten other friends on it to help further their Xbox Live experiences, and I just want to know where exactly my earnings are at in this moment of time, because I have never had this problem at all until recently.

Rewards Credits from MyVIP Vault - Help?

I recently redeemed 750 MyVIP Gems in exchange for 10,000 and 5,000 rewards credits respectively.

With that being said, it has now been longer than the stated time period of 96 hours and MyStatement does not showing any pending or deposited credits into my balance from the MyVIP Gem redemption(s) for either of the 10,000 or 5,000 rewards credits.

Any chance someone could help out with this?

$10 reward credits not in account

I got a 10,000 reward credits on 3/01/2018 but i still haven't gotten accredited the $10 on my account and every time I go into MyRewards it shows I have 10,000 credits but its not offering me a date for them to be deposited or anything. please help!!

It's actually working as intended. Since you redeemed them on the 6th of this month, they would be scheduled to be deposited at the end of the month. That deposit is scheduled for the 29th.

When you redeem credits with gems, it takes 96 hours for them to show as pending in your account and then they follow normal deposit rules. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So
if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Deposit requests are only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. So it sounds like you requested a deposit and then redeemed gems for the 10,000 rewards credits. So what you got was the deposit you requested. The credits
you redeemed from the gems would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you earn them. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. Credits
have to remind pending for 1 deposit cycle.

So if you got the 10,000 early this month, they will be deposited at th next deposit which will be the 29th. There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.
