1 YR Gold membership purchase not showing up in subscriptions.

I purchased a one year Xbox Live Gold membership through my Xbox One console on December 27. The subscription showed up and worked fine. Upon logging in on my console on Dec 30 it no longer shows up under subscriptions. My purchase history shows the transaction
but my subscriptions shows nothing. It worked when I made the intial purchase because I checked it on the xbox one and my xbox 360. I was also able to download the free game with gold (ssx) on my 360. When I log into my account now the subscription says I
need to purchase a gold membership again. Any help would be appreciated.

XBOX LIVE GOLD 1 year subscription validity Reduced in to 6 months after unknowingly switching regions.

I have subscribed XBOX LIVE 1 Year GOLD MEMBERSHIP ON 23 nd august through prepaid card.Firstly my status in xbox live showing that I have one year subscription that it will expire on 23rd august of 2017 next year. But unknowingly I have switched my region
and after that it is showing that My xbox live gold subscription will expire on 9 th february 2017 and status is showing that I have purchased Xbox live gold by getting offer with switch regions.How to get back my total 1 yr validity of Xbox live subscription...Plz
help I live in INDIA.And I am new to Xbox one.

Season Pass Inaccessible

those gold trials are not the same as gold membership/subscriptions, you still need a valid gold membership/subscription to access the store you are still showing as a silver/free member.

I just purchased a 12 month Gold membership, however, when I sign into Xbox live it says I still need a Gold membership. My online account shows that I purchased the 12 month subscription in my transaction too.

The reason I show up as a gold member is because I purchased a gold 1 month subscription after this happened so I could continue to play. And that's the only subsripton that shows up under my account.
