1 YEAR converted to 1 MONTH?! Sounds like deceptive practice.

I paid for a year of Gold, and then got a free month of Game Pass Ultimate, but it "converted my ENTIRE YEAR into 1 MONTH! Ready to sue for deceptive practices, unless there is a way to get a refund or my year back. What can I do? What are my options other
than lawsuit?

wish to double check your Microsoft account to check on the subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Alternatively, you may also
contact Xbox Support by requesting a call back or a chat from them so that they may review the account to determine what may have happened.

You may want to double check your subscription at http://account.microsoft.com When you upgrade to Ultimate while you already have gold or game pass on your account, it upgrades
what you already have to Ultimate. So if you have 1 year of gold and you purchase 1 month of Ultimate, you would end up with 13 months of Ultimate.

There's not a subscription for a 1 year or a prepaid card for a 1 year. You could buy a 1 year Gold prepaid card then add 1 month of Ultimate (which will convert the 12 months to Ultimate) and save a little bit.

Here's a tip for other people doing this: don't turn on auto-billing to get 1 month free - cause now i can't add the 3rd year! I get this message: You've reached the limit of how far you can extend a subscription. Depending
on the product it could be 2-5 years.

Now i have to either wait 1 month to convert (and hope that the ratio will still be there), or convert today and get only 2 years.... and convert the 1 year gold code to 8m of ultimate ... grrrrr
