    Around 7 days I asked for XBL support to sort out the reason my account(s) were unable to send messages. I spoke to several support staff whose chats I recorded. It now appears they all lied ... :

    POOR Customer Service! Supports Right hand has no Idea what its Left hand is doing!

    I've been going through the same thing. Sent in my console late October, got an email saying the system was shipped Nov 6th and after lies/excuses from xbox support, my system will be here late next week. Almost a full month later

    Xbox One April update out for all now

    O darn, no voice messaging. The update is completed on my console.

    "Sorry, we cannot open voice messages here. Please open this on Xbox 360".

    Bowski made a thread about voice messaging returning to Xbox 1. I guess it will come out next week, later this month, or maybe next month. I am not in the Preview Program.

    Hey there. All XBL messages are deleted after 6 months or something. If you've lost a code though, be sure to post under support in the Sales & Promotions sub-forum and they will usually resend the message for you. Usually takes them about a week to sort
    it out.

    Turns out that after 5 representatives outright lied to me there is nothing that support will do to fix it. Good service being provided here!
