1 TB ROTTR Bundles Missing Prepaid Codes for "Tactical Survival Kit" DLC

I've purchased this Xbox One 1 TB Rise of the Tomb Raider Bundle:

It's supposed to include the full game of "Tomb Raider Definitive Edition", the full game of "Rise of the Tomb Raider" and the add-on "Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack". My problem is that the DLC code for the add-on is missing. On the code card it says
on the front "INCLUDES TACTICAL SURVIVAL KIT CONTENT PACK" but on the back is only 1 code and this code unlocks the full game and not the DLC. After downloading everything I checked the files on my HDD -> My games & apps -> manage game -> but the Tactical
Survival Kit DLC didn't show up there. It didn't show up when playing the game either.

What I tried to solve this was I contacted Xbox Support first but they said they don't have any codes and said I should contact the shop where I purchased it from. That's what I did and they sent me a replacement but guess what: The DLC code is missing again.
Both bundles were still in the original packaging and I've searched the whole boxes for a DLC code but it's missing. And since I'm not the only one with the problem I assume that something went wrong during the production of these bundles in Europe/Germany
and the people in charge forgot to print the code for the DLC on the card.

On the back there is only a single 25-digit code + its QR code (I redeemed the QR code as well but it's for the full game as well).

All I see is the full game, the 4 pre-order DLCs (Apex, Remnant Resistance, Hopes Bastion, Sparrowhawk) and my savegame. The Tactical Survival DLC is missing.

I hope someone at Xbox can help me with this issue since I've bought this bundle primarily because of this DLC

I bought xbox one and realized that code for DLC is missing. Same situation as described in thread:

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

My game card don't content the two codes needed to download both.

Hey there!

There may be a chance that the code you redeemed already included the Survivor pack. Let's start by checking the 'Manage game' screen by highlighting the "Rise of the Tomb Raider" game tile and pressing the menu button to bring up the option to select 'Manage
game'.

Do you see Tactical Survivor Kit in the installed or 'Ready to install' list?

 

That is odd. When you're in the Manage Game area for Tomb Raider are you able to scroll right to see if there is anything waiting to download?

Barring that, the items may be an included-in-game-only item. Have you been able to check the menus to see if you have those options listed?

 

Thanks for the reply. Yes I've checked the ready-to-install area as well but there was nothing available for Rise of the Tomb Raider. I don't think that the DLC is included in the game since others had to download a specific 10.09 MB file to access the content:

It doesn't show up in-game either. The other DLCs do.

 

Thanks for the info. If the code is not in the box at all then you should try contacting the Microsoft Store support for further assistance.

 

I did contact the store and all they could do was send me a replacement. But in the second bundle the code card included only 1 single code again for the full game and the code for the DLC was missing again. Therefore and due to the fact that multiple users
reported this issue on the Square Enix forums I think that this is a more widespread issue and that most of the Tomb Raider Bundles in EU/Germany are affected. Since Microsoft is responsible for printing the codes on the DLC cards I think they're responsible
for the problem.

 

Perhaps try calling the store support line again and ask if they can just supply the code via email instead of sending a replacement console as the code has not been included in both the ones you were sent.

Unfortunately I cannot offer any other suggestions as no one here can assist with the missing code situation.

 

I've asked that but they said they can only replace the whole product (i.e. the bundle) and can't open it to send me specific contents from the bundle.

I really don't know what else to do. Microsoft Support was no help at all they said they don't have any codes and the shop said I should contact Microsoft since their replacement bundle didn't include the DLC code either.

 

I have the same problems with my Tomb Raider Bundle bought at Amazon Germany.

I have the same problem. Italian support microsoft xbox doesn't help much. Operator says to ask the game's producer. But the missing tactical survival kit code is a MS offer and is part of the bundled console. This is the official xbox one support forum.
So ... Is there any official reply by the staff about this problem?
