    1 i have been abused by a gamer who changed his tag name to mine, how can this happen. 2 I've had abusive texts of someone saying he works for microsoft,he said good luck when i told him i was reporting him. His tag name
    is (mod removed). Does this person work for microsoft and do they think its ok for one of there employees to act this way. If he is not an employee what are you going to do about this matter.

    Whatever you do, be sure to report them. With the new reporting system, you can add a comment as to why you are reporting them to better help the Enforcement team. Report & Block.

    This is impossible there has to be some difference in the gamertag.

    I doubt someone who works for Microsoft acts in that manner. If you have the original gamertag before it was changed report the person an include as much information as possible. Everyone online with xbox leaves some kind of foot print.
