Hey, Doc! Sorry about the delay. We heard back from the investigating team, and it appears that your account was not targeted for this promotion. Do you happen to have any other accounts on your console that could have been targeted for this? If you have
them post on this thread, we can send them up to the same team to find out if they were targeted.

This is likely why you were receiving an error on your account, though, if you were trying to do it with your account. However, if it was on the account that was targeted that you received this error, then we will want to look into that more.

Thanks a bunch for that screenshot, DocJones314! That helps a lot. Do you still see that promotion on your dashboard, or is it no longer offered there? The promotion ended on the 31st of May, so I want to make sure it's no longer showing. Also, can you please

I believe June second or 3rd was the last time I saw the offer.

I tried to use it in early May and open this ticket on 5/10.

There really was not an error or error code when I tried to execute the promotion the price would just not register in the cart..
