$1 Promotion failure and case [mod removed] and [mod removed]

Dear Sir,

I have emailed, called and chatted multiple times since 5/10/16 trying to find out why we can not use the $1 promo that is advertised on the XBOX One Dashboard.

Finally today by call in I was referred to this forum to get resolution.

I feel that if an offer was made it should be honored despite the issues MS may have with taking it down (since March of 2015???) We are still getting this offer as of 2 days ago.

I would like a month added to our account for the $1 or a 8.99 credit for when we renew for $9.99.

If these are other users, file a complaint via the console if you feel they have violated the terms of use/code of conduct and block communications. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

If this is the case, then why are they on your friends list? Just remove them from your friends list, and do what Smwutches suggests above this post.

Yes, I can try. Been a few days since I saw it get offered. Phone support directed me here. They said you could pull the case numbers. The first case has the screen shot attached to it. Can you get it from there?

 

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support. Forum support does not have access to that system.

 

How do I attached the screen shot?

Tried Rich text mode and inserting a file, but that just got me an error message.

Thanks a bunch for that screenshot, DocJones314! That helps a lot. Do you still see that promotion on your dashboard, or is it no longer offered there? The promotion ended on the 31st of May, so I want to make sure it's no longer showing. Also, can you please
post back with the error you were running into if you remember it? We definitely want to get you up to the right team to sort you out, however we need a few more bits of information before we can.

 

I believe June second or 3rd was the last time I saw the offer.

I tried to use it in early May and open this ticket on 5/10.

There really was not an error or error code when I tried to execute the promotion the price would just not register in the cart..
