1 of my games say i didn't buy it

hi my game Deus Ex Mankind Divided saying that i never bout it online and that bs cause i bout it 2 month ago and i played it but when i turn on my xbox 1 today it was gone and it's not in my re-download files

I didn't get my reward points.

It says get 6,000 points if I buy Wolfenstein II, which I did. But I bought The New Colossus Digital Deluxe Edition on the 25th of Jan. I didn't buy the basic version but I did buy the game.

This isn't the first time I have missed out on my points. I have missed out on a few of the 30 points ones. I would complete them and it was say I didn't even start them. I missed out on a few large points ones as well. I contacted support in regards to 1 of
them and was told they couldn't help me.

I kind of want my points this time thanks. Maybe someone could look into my account at the points I didn't get as well if possible?

Can't buy Anything in xbox store

I have enough money on my account to buy a game only it say's almost 1 week that i have reachd my daily limit to buy but i didn't buy anything.. So my qeustion is how can that be fixend??

please sing on Xbox.com, click on your gamepic in right left corner and choose Microsoft account. On this page you should find every transaction you ever made.

Have you used the same Microsoft account to login to the game, Microsoft Store and the Xbox app?

Our other option here is to reinstall your game or launcher. If it does the same thing, it would be best if you send a ticket directly to the Minecraft Team for them to investigate your issue properly. You may send a ticket here https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new

To confirm, do you have the Minecraft Bedrock Edition for PC or the Java Edition for PC?

To make sure if you still are using the same account for gaming, check your account Gamertag via https://account.xbox.com/Profile if you see the same gamertag. If it's a different one, you may be signed in to an incorrect account.

Alternatively, try to sign out from Microsoft Store and Xbox app then sign in again.

You may as well repair and reset your game or launcher, Microsoft Store and Xbox.
