    We have 3 users set up on our desktop pc and i am the only 1 of the 3 having issues getting into ms jigsaw. When I click on it the home screen for jigsaw comes up, the sign in in upper left corner goes through syncing etc but doesn't sign in and in the
    middle of the screen a box pops up and says in app purchase item no longer available in microsoft jigsaw and in upper left corner a box pops up and says sign in using purchasing sign in go to store settings account preferences and sign in. If that doesn't
    help uninstall and reinstall.?!? We do a scheduled restore every week and i did one last night again. I have sign out and back in. did a reboot. checked for updates, etc. etc. Again I am the only 1 of the 3 users having this issue. Solitaire works just
    fine but not jigsaw or sodoku. UGH! Please someone help. thank you.

    @MamaDragonOwl - I've had similar problems downloading jigsaw packs on MS Jigsaw, and have been trying to help a few users elsewhere in this forum. I managed to find a solution which worked for me, but I cannot guarantee it will work for you. It's only
    for downloading jigsaw packs, so it probably won't solve your login issues, unfortunately.

    Here's what I did, but it's entirely up to you if you want to try it:

    Firstly, run SFC (System File Checker) -

    Hold-down Windows key and press X.

    Select "Command Prompt (Admin)".

    In the command prompt window, type the following

    sfc/scannow

    Press Enter.

    This will take a while, but bear with it ;-).

    After this completes, if it finds errors (it did on mine), close the command prompt and restart your PC.

    Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

    Open Windows Settings and select "Privacy", choose "Background Apps" at the bottom of the list on the left. The Microsoft Jigsaw needs to be turned on, so scroll-down to MS Jigsaw, and select "On".

    Run MS Jigsaw, and try to download puzzle packs again,.

    Xbox games on Windows 8 with multiple users

    why can't the other user of the pc have access to the games, just use your account.

    so if you have 1 game and 3 pc users all 3 users play the game under 1 account simple.

    Try signing out of all the devices first, then go to the problem device and sign in. If this doesn't work try signing in with a different account on the problem device.

    I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
    license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
    first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.

    Hi, all :).

    Here's a fix which worked for me, and at least one other user has confirmed it works ;-).

    Uninstall MS Jigsaw, then reinstall.

    Go to Windows Settings > Privacy. Choose Background Apps on the left, and scroll-down to Microsoft Jigsaw. Make certain it's switched On.

    Run MS Jigsaw, and your puzzles should download now :).
