1 Month of Gold - £1

Hi,

There's currently an offer on my Xbox One for 1 Month of Gold for £1. The offer expires in 6 days.

When I try to take advantage of the offer, it wants to charge me £5.99, instead of the offer price.

Please could you look into this for me.

So I just got an xbox over ps3 and when trying to upgrade to the $1 dollar gold account its says error could not get information from xbox live? Whats that about the credit card is good and my info is good I checked it a thousand times, anyone help me figure
out whats wrong with it

You can't remove a credit card from an active gold account. So once you purchase the gold, you would have to turn off auto-renewal either through the website or by calling.

 

Same on my end..anyone now if I hit buy does it only charge the dollar

 

I've just checked again this morning & the issue appears to have been fixed.
