1 month gold

Hi I wanted to join xbox live and last night i had the option for a months trial, but today i went to sign up and the option has vanished, could anyone help please?

i paid for 1 month Gold on xbox.com about 35mins ago.

and it still isnt letting me online etc on my xbox saying i have a silver/free membership

but it says on xbox.com i have 1 months Gold.

why is this?

ive tris everything logging in and out 20 times and resetting internet etc

got the website to and sign in and go to join xbox live gold and there you can start the one month free trail

You would only be offered the 1 Months free Gold Trial if you sign up using your Xbox 360 console.

 

To gain the one month try you have to create the account in console and try the first conect there in the end will show two options stay gold (what you already pay for be gold or not i want the silver (chose silver and you gain one month gold and other 2
people from your family has that right too).
