Discus and support 1 month gold membership not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just redeemed a 1 month gold membership pre-paid card and my account said i have gold but my xbox 360 says i do not,please help...     Haven't received the 100 MP for renewing 1st gold membership.

    Hello Xbox LIVE Rewards Team,

    I was checking earlier my microsoft pending points and I noticed that I got the 10 MP for "Renewing 1 Month Xbox LIVE Gold Membership" the 9/1/12. However, I did not see the 100 MP for "Purchasing or Renewing 1st Xbox LIVE Online Gold Membership".
    I would like to know whether I'm ever going to see those missing 100 MP in "pending points" because my 1 month free gold trial ran out the 1st of Septemeber and the code I added for extra 1 month of gold membership started working since that day. I redeemed
    2 codes of 1 month xbox live gold membership ever since I first started the account in 7/1/12.

    I redeemed a 12 month gold membership. Working 14days. and now canceled or not working.

    All app now not working.

    support.xbox.com/.../check-xbox-live-bill < this should show you if you xbox live account has xbox gold. if that doesnt work then you need to contact
    xbox support about this problem. from there they will be able to look up the account info.

    Yes, you need to contact Xbox Support for them to refresh your account as the system might not detecting the 1 month Gold Subscription on your account.

    xbox support about this problem. from there they will be able to look up the account info.

    Yes, you need to contact Xbox Support for them to refresh your account as the system might not detecting the 1 month Gold Subscription on your account.

    If you have never had game pass before, and currently have 12 months gold membership, if you buy 1 month of game pass ultimate you will actually end up with 13 months of game pass ultimate membership.

    This only works once and can work for a total of 36 months so it might be worth your money to buy another year or two of gold before you upgrade
