Microsoft Groove 3 moths free

Hi

Bought the pass on June 30 -paid for 1 month and got a free 1 month trial. I never received the 3 months free code, instead paid 9.9$ on August 25.

The Chat agent (Ref #[Mod Removed]) request refund, but unable to issue a code.



There is Any way get the code for the remaining free months?

 

XBOX GOLD 3 MONTH FREE

Hi there,

I had recently acquired a XBOX-ONE and am contemplating whether or not to join GOLD.

From September of 2015 up till today I was always offered a 3 month free trial, however today a message of 1 month free trial came on.

This is so wrong and as a consumer I am hurt and I feel I been tricked. I was always offered 3 month free why did the offer change to 1 month? As a Microsoft customer I request kindly I am given the opportunity to try GOLD at the original 3 month trial.

Please contact me asap about this, thank you Support.
