1 month free trail won't work

So I made a new account because my old one was banned for being too good at CoD AW and when I made a new account it said get 1 month trail for free and when I was finished filling out my billing info it said that it was locked, I went back to make sure everything
was right but still said that my billing info was locked so I went to the website it told me to go to and when I did the directions that it told me to do but it still didn't work, can anybody tell me how I can do the 1 month free trial

The current profile is not able to play in XBOXLIVE

After purchasing the 9.99 for one month it let him play.....why would the 1 month free trail not let you play games? trail is a trail period, or is it just to use the internet only on the trial period/

 

Can't connect to LIVE or account.

Just another thing to add, I've just tried signing in on my sisters account coz she had the 1 month free trail thing ages ago and it let me sign in, but won't on my account and I've actually got a membership

 

No one gets banned for being too good at a game,you got banned because you violated the ToU/CoC in some way.
