1 Month free EA Access code no longer in Xbox Messages inbox

Hi i received a code from Xbox Live early November 2015 with a free EA Access code. I didn't use it until recently when i searched for the code but realized the message has is no longer in my inbox.

Is there anywhere i can retrieve the code? Thanks!

Xbox One message containing code for promotional offer no longer there

I preordered UFC2 back in March and when I pre ordered the game, it said I would receive a free 1 month to EA access.

I received this code in a message on xbox one but the message is no longer there. At the time I already had a subscription to Ea access, but now I need it.

Can someone please get me my code?!

I had a code for a free month of EA access for pre ordering the battlefield 1 early enlister deluxe edition in my messages and it's no longer there anyway to get it back?
