1 month free code (message through xbox one live) deleted. Reissue?

Months ago, I received a message directly in Xbox one about a 1 month gold membership credit due to issues with the Master Chief Collection. As a result of age, the message was not kept in my mailbox and I have no way of accessing this code. Can this code
be reissued? I have discussed with support and my reference ID is 1312010605.

EA Access Question

Just got a message from Xbox with a code for a free month of EA Access for pre ordering battlefield 1. I currently have a year subscription, can you stack the free month with your current subscription like you can with Xbox live and psn?

I dont believe it can be, as normally codes like that expire after a certain amount of time, and considering its coming close to a year probly not, but if you want to keep trying I suggest speaking with support again because they would be the ones to reissue
something like this, or actually go to the 343 forums for Halo and post there in their support forum and see if there is anything they will do for you... here is the link to the 343 Halo forums....

The code will come in a message over XBL. If you accidentally deleted that message you may try contacting customer service. Other than that I do not know if there's a way to get code reissued.

Hi. I got pointed here too. I played MCC from launch day and was even messaged a code. My roommate took our xbox one and I hadn't been able to redeem it until now. Now I have my own xbox one, but the message expired. Is there a way to reissue a code? I met
