    Hello, I have a question regarding the "1 Month for $1" limited time offer that is going on. So here's the deal, I wanted to take part in this limited offer and I knew I had at a little less than $10 on my account so I selected it and selected confirm purchase.
    After that it popped up the "No Payment Option Found" window saying that it couldn't find a valid payment option. Then I selected the "Add Payment Option" and it brought up a window that had the money in my Microsoft Account: $9.03 and the option to "Manage
    Payment Option". I know that I have $9.03 in my account from a purchase I made awhile back but I don't understand why I cant partake in the limited offer. The Option "Microsoft Account: $9.03" is grayed out and theoption "Manage Payment Option" is not. I selected
    the "Manage Payment" Option but there was nothing there to help me figure out why I cant use the $9.03 I have in my account for this limited time offer. Do I have to take off Auto Renewal? Do I have to find a new payment option? (Don't really feel the need
    too) "Is the money in my account not processed or doesn't work in this case? Please respond quick

    You cannot use the money in your account to pay for a GOLD subscription. Credit or Debit or prepaid card is the way to go.

    Add a paypal account -- Turn off Auto-Renewal and you're good to go.

    I have a question. is this deal only for some people? the reason i am asking this is becase my brothers xbox was offering him this deal and mine wasnt. i would like to get this deal but i cant seem to get in. please help

    Hey there CK! So right off the bat, debit cards should be just fine. When doing a 1 for $1 promo, it's just that month, and then auto renewal is monthly for regular price. There are other deals available at times for discounts on whole years, so keep your
