I used an email in an offline profile on my xbox 360, so I created an Xbox Live account (on the site) with the same email. Now I can not access the profile that is in the xbox, because if I put email and password in the site of xbox, enter the account that
I created in the site. I can not change the email of the account that is in the xbox. HELP

How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

Overview

It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on Xbox.com

1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on your console.

1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

In case you want to change the billing name on your Xbox LIVE account, go to Xbox.com

Change email of Xbox account

Hi,

When i made my Xbox account 15 years ago i created an email adress (let's call it Email1) for it.

Later for my personal email i made another email adress (Email 2).

Email 1 is only for the gamertag and xbox account.

Email 2 is for Skype, email everything.

Email 2 has an other gamertag associated to it when i had an Xbox for local multiplayer.

Now i want the Xbox account of email 1 connected to Email 2 and the gamertag of Email 2 deleted.

So in the end that i have 1 account ( email2 ) which contains everythin, Gamertag, Skype email...

How do i do this?

Offline profiles do not have email addresses attached to them so if you think at some point there was an email attached to it you can sign into the offline profile and go to settings-account-billing info and it will tell you what the email address is that
is associated with the account

Thank you for the response.

My account is not "lost". I can log into it on Xbox live and on the forum. (i posted this question from "account 2". I however cannot log into it on the Microsoft page, because it logs me into account 1, using account 2's email.
If I use email 1 or 2 on Microsoft page, it logs me into account 1.
account 1 email logs me into account 1 on xbox
account 2 email logs me into account 2 on xbox
I don't want account 2. but i want to use email 2 for account 1. for everything.
Email 2 is not listed as an alias on account 1. but that's the email my verification code goes to from account 1 and 2.
Anytime I use a code for account 1 or 2 it just logs me into account 1 on Microsoft.
Even while on this forum for account 2, I click "my Microsoft account" and it take me to account 1.

If I can swap the email on the desired Xbox account to the email of the undesired Xbox account then there is no need for Epic to change anything because the undesired email is currently associated with that Epic account... They don't seem to be capable
or unwilling to update the database values.

To be clear I have:

Xbox account 1 with email 1 [desired account]

Xbox account 2 with email 2

Epic account with an undesired Xbox account associated with email 2 (Xbox account 2)

I want to update Xbox account 1 to have email 2 and don't care what happens to Xbox account 2.

Your instructions have update the email then delete the account but, there is little chance that could work because two different Xbox accounts will be pointing to the same email...Doubt if that is possible.

Is it possible to delete the undesired Xbox account and then reassign the desired Xbox account's email to the undesired's email address?

in my example:

delete Xbox account 2 update Xbox account 1 with email 2

Now Epic association with email 2 points to the desired Xbox account 1 updated to email 2...

Just change the email address on xbox account 2 to some free email address and once that is done change the email address on Account 1 to the address that was on account 2.
