    Based on your question, “On my pc when I log in with my email i get signed in to "account A" but when i login with the same email to the Xbox app with the SAME email I get logged in to "account B". On account A i have the game pass on Account B I don't have it. So 1 email and 1 password lead to 2 different accounts. My microsoft accounts have been a mess for so long I just never bothered fixing them because everything is just so complicated. Also on account A when i try changing my name on the xbox app it brings up the name of account B and also changes its name. Im pretty sure Account A is my pc account but Account B is my old xbox-306 account. Can we split these 2 accounts to 2 seperate emails ? If so let me know...Also how do i login in account A via my laptop ?

    Xbox support is really awful. I don't know if its me but I just couldn't find a way to actually talk to a human being instead of getting automated answers..

    I want to change my email on my account,

    • Thank you for the response.

      My account is not "lost". I can log into it on Xbox live and on the forum. (i posted this question from "account 2". I however cannot log into it on the Microsoft page, because it logs me into account 1, using account 2's email.
    • If I use email 1 or 2 on Microsoft page, it logs me into account 1.
    • account 1 email logs me into account 1 on xbox
    • account 2 email logs me into account 2 on xbox
    • I don't want account 2. but i want to use email 2 for account 1. for everything.
    • Email 2 is not listed as an alias on account 1. but that's the email my verification code goes to from account 1 and 2.
    • Anytime I use a code for account 1 or 2 it just logs me into account 1 on Microsoft.
    • Even while on this forum for account 2, I click "my Microsoft account" and it take me to account 1.

    I've had a similar thing happen with me. About a week ago I tried to log into my account on xbox.com and instead of logging in, it created a brand new account for me So it looks like I have might have two accounts on one email address (I'm posting with
    an alternate account because I can't access the forums with either my original account or the newly generated account...they crash.

    I'm not sure if my original account's email was swtiched or not, because today I received an email addressed to the original gamertag . My account is under investigation now, but it sucks it might take a while, because i've got two games preordered coming
    out soon and I won't be able to play them until I get my account back.

    When I tried to recover my original gamer tag on my xbox, it just downloaded info for the new one.
