1 EA ACCOUNT IS LINKED TO TWO X BOX ACCOUNTS WITH SEPERATE EMAILS AND PASSWORDS

HI

WHEN I TRY AND CONNECT TO THE EA APP FROM MY XBOX ULTIMATE APP ON PC IT IS CONNECTING TO MY BROTHERS EA ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH THAT IS ON A SEPERATE EMAIL AND PASSWORD MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR US TO PLAY ON LINE TOGETHER BECAUSE ITS THE SAME ACCOUNT.

EVERYTIME WE TRY ON DIFFERENT COMPUTERS FROM SEPERATE XBOX ACCOUNTS IT JUST CONNECTS TO THE SAME ONE EA ACCOUNT.

This is the exact same situation I am in. EA says my Xbox account is linked with a deleted EA profile. If I try to sign in with my Xbox account I get stuck in a password reset loop.

From my chat with EA support:

"Thanks for the information, your Xbox is linked with a Deleted account. "

"If you want to unlink it kindly have access to the email id linked with that account. "

"As the account is deleted I can not see the email. "

"In that case I can't do anything as your X box is connected to the deleted account. "

EA support is useless and Microsoft can't directly do anything since the linking is handled on EA's side.

Hi,

as I said, the former email does not exist anymore, so there's just one email left to log in with, which is email "B" as described above. Email "A" is no longer registered at Microsoft and also does not exist as a mail address anymore.

I already reset the password before posting here. Resetting the password has no effect on the issue. The only proof I have is me seeing two X-Box accounts in my game launcher. Since I merged two Microsoft accounts I assumed that the X-Box accounts would be merged as well, as these do not exist as standalone accounts without connection to a Microsoft account.

If you are able to sign in to his Microsoft account, then his account is not deleted.

Do you know his email and password to add it to the console again?

I think I have an idea, if you go on fifa then go onto online or Xbox live or something like that then you go on to change account then you go on first one then you have to enter the new email you want then the current password then the new one I'm going
to try it, I just first need to ring ea to reset my ea password because I don't know the old one
