1 Day suspension, anything I can do?

Hello,

I've just a 1 day suspension from text and voice chat(more like 28 hours for some reaseon), is there anything I can do?

I've been playing CoD Blackout with a LFG group, the leader wanted to land on a very specific building in firing range, together with evryone in the quads team. None of us went with him, and instead chose to grab other nearby guns and defend. This, apparently,
didn't sit well with him, causing him to boot me from the party and group. Mildly annoyed, I sent him a message containing, and I quote: "Salty lil ****".

Now, I can see how that technically violates the guidelines, and if there's really nothing I can do about it, I'm prepared to sit this one day communication ban out. But considering how mild (and somewhat justified/self-defense) the offense was, I feel like
the suspension is a bit... over the top. I've received a lot worse hatemail than that.

So the question is: Can I do anything, or do I need to sit this one out?

xbox enforcement team

The "railing" suspension would have been due to the use of profanity. Not anything threatening. Suspension length increases with each suspension. Since you had already had a 24 hour suspension that is why the 2nd suspension was 1 week.

Also, investigations do take time, so that first suspension could have been for something that took place day or weeks before that particular incident. Suspensions are not always issued the same day as the action.

Unfortunately, there is not. The one-day suspension is for minor offenses, so it is not subject to case review. There is no justification or self-defense excuse for not following the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, which explains how we are to behave even when
others are misbehaving.
