1 day into 1+ week

I had a one day communication ban on the 21st, figured it should only take a week for this bug to be worked out. Still completely unable to be heard by anyone. I get it, your Microsoft and all, you make so much money we don't matter, our subscription fee
of 15 a month, chump change, let us ruin your day for a week straight and literally not even give you a specific apology or any time frame on when things might be better? Seriously, it could take from 1 day till, well we don't know how long, hopefully not
too long bud, c ya. Good job Microsoft, hats really off to you. Way too much to ask to be able to communicate with my brother and play a game after a long day at work? Man I'm glad I pay you guys! HAVE A NICE DAY. Also, to all you support people, I get it,
its not your fault and your the ones who end up reading this not anyone who caused the problem or lacks the motivation to fix it, you guys are cool, this situation however is absolutely absurd.

In the meantime, please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that solves the problem. A lot of people have had success doing that.
