1. Can not connect to Halo multiplayer on XBOX One. Connection Failed (or connection full).

How did you get a multiplayer connection but not connect to Xbox Live? You need to be connected to Live to play multiplayer.

When you run the network setup wizard on your Xbox One, when does the connection fail?

I get on the Halo multiplayer and I have to wait forever. It final says connecting and then it says connection failed. I checked my network settings for both normal and multiplayer and both say it's good. What the heck is going on?

Same, my Xbox One connects to every thing fine but multiplayer will refuse to work. But I get no error codes, only dragging on session searches or failed connections to sessions.

If your NAT type says getting info, then you are not connecting to the internet. Try rebooting your network hardware. IF you are connected wireless, try connecting with a ethernet cable. If still get the getting info or when you run multiplayer test comes
up as fails. Here is guide for
multiplayer error help. Then you should contact your ISP.

For the Multiplayer Connection Test, the error code is 0x0000000000000000 [Full message is: "Back up and try the test again. If it still doesn't work, there may be a problem with your network."]
