I have been getting this error code 0xd0000189 all day as well most of the time my home button will not work and the only way to get back is to turn it off have seen other people with the same error but no help yet.

Same since few days when i launch mixer, gta5 or OneDrive, first time i have technical problems on my xboxOneS; impossible to start few aplications.

Go to network settings > advance settings > alt mac address > clear > restart

Também estou com o mesmo problema, até o suport não soube me responder o que sé trata este erro 0xd0000189, pediu para mim redefinir o console.

 

Ive got exactly the same error. Xbox one is now unable.Microsft need to bring a patch out quick as this never happened with a PS4.....

 

I got the same error for the past week, when I tried to report the problem using the app, it just shut down.

So, if you've still getting that error, just clear the cache, it worked for me.

In case you don't know how to clear the cache:

- Hold down the console's power button for 5 or 10 seconds until the Xbox shuts down;

- Unplug the power cable from the back of the console;

- Wait one minute or two, then plug the cable back in and switch your Xbox on.

Note: don't worry if the console takes more time than usual to boot up, it's normal.

Ok, same code error for me and my fix... I hit the big white X button the my controller and selected RESTART. That fixed my problem. (I had just turned off and on my console before and it didn't work.)
