0xd0000189 unable to load apps and no support when searching for the code

I just tried this and when I loaded up the console and logged in The Edge app is still missing. I can't search for it on the store and looking under Microsoft rewards when I click PC search to bring up Edge it says the following

"Give it another try. If this happens again, visit xbox.com/errorhelp and enter the following code: 0x80070490"

I'm not sure what's going on because the app was on my console fine a few days ago. I tried calling Xbox support and the customer service rep was no help

Bhutankam Pema is one of the many helpful Xbox Ambassadors on our support forums. If you cannot open a certain app, which you mentioned you were unable to load the Friends app in your second post, Bhutankam Pema's steps are valid.

If there is a certain player you wish to report, you can always search their gamertag in the Friends app and report or block the player when viewing their profile.
