    Just bought a movie, can't play it - 0xc10100b2

    Just bought my little ones a movie since they're home sick today. But it won't play. Can't get through to tech support, the chat box won't connect. 0xc10100b2 :(

    Thanks for the response. The issue is specifically with regards to the film and TV app on Xbox. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and have tried restoring my purchases as well and the issue is still showing.
