0xC03F300D error code logging in to Microsoft Mahjong

I got a Windows Update this morning and my games appear to be working again.

 

Today I've installed the latest Windows 10 update and still getting the error signing in to Microsoft Minesweeper. The restore down/maximize button is missing from Minesweeper window.

 

I have the same experience with Mahjong. Solitaire Collection and Sudoku both work fine. The only problem is with Mahjong. I did not change any settings. All the suggestions on the list have been tried without success. The situation occurs on both my
Microsoft Surface 3 Pro and my old trusty Dell XPS 435 MT desktop. No other issues are noted. All updates have been installed on both machines.

Please advise further troubleshooting or progress.

 

No word from XBox or Windows 10 officials!!!

 

I'm having the problem with Jigsaw, where I've "purchased" new puzzles with in-game gold. I'm not having the problem with Treasure Hunt, where I've purchased in-game enhancements with in-game gold, nor with Sudoku or Minesweeper. I've installed no updates
and neither purchased nor installed any new software.

 

Adding my voice... The same problem (only with Jigsaw; Mahjong and Sudoku and Solitaire Collection are ok). Win10, an update and this error code afterwards. Able to play daily challenges nevertheless, but my xbox thinks I haven't played for 6 days already,
which is understandable as I couldn't sign in. Nothing of above mentioned helps. Sad and a bit irritated, but still hoping for a solution....

 

A week has gone by. My premium subscription to Jigsaw is useless because of my login problem. I have better support on phone apps that I pay a dollar or two for than I have received for this game for which I have paid a $10 yearly subscription.

I had to find my way into this forum by a web search for the error code, because clicking on Support in the app's menu takes you to a "Group Not Found" page. Stellar work, Microsoft.

Every day I come back here since I made the 4th post on this thread, hoping for at least some hope that someone is working on this. Other than a few minor suggestions that didn't work, nothing.

If anyone from Microsoft is reading this, I have a simple question. Even if this problem is eventually fixed, why would I even consider paying another $10 to renew the premium subscription when it runs out later this month? You've already proven that you're
not willing to provide any meaningful level of support on this.

I'm not a Microsoft hater. I've been using their products for 20+ years. But I've become tired of the indifference from them when something goes wrong.

Yeah, it's just a game, but it was a valid, relaxing break in my daily routine. Now it's just another source of irritation.

 

Another heard from here. I cannot log into mahjong. I went through the store to open other games, solitaire, jigsaw puzzles and they open fine now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling mahjong. I have it installed on two devices (desktop and laptop)
and i have the same difficulty on both.

Thanks, but I just wish he had been a bit more specific about exactly where he had moved it to. I had to check out various sites after a Google search to find exactly where it is now located. So I thought it would be handy for others to avoid having to do
such a search.

I don’t normally post to either of these forums (indeed, I had never accessed them before) but of course am doing so right now because of this wretched problem at the Xbox end. It’s getting more annoying – I was just locked out of Xbox Live for a while,
when it said it couldn’t sign me in after a reboot. I had been happily logged in before I rebooted. For a while I was hoping this might imply MS had closed down Xbox Live while they sought a solution. But then I realised it was still Sunday in North America,
and unlikely to have people working on it right then.

 

Since Dec 5, after a Windows 10 update, I have been getting this error code with Jigsaw. Mahjong is fine. I have tried all suggested solutions, multiple times, with no result. I've rung Microsoft support...a frustrating and useless exercise! This is ridiculous!
Is anybody doing anything to fix this?

 

All works fine again - Super. I couldn't do nothing, Microsoft or Xbox did it.

I went though the threads I am subscribed to, today, on the Microsoft Community. I noticed that some people have reported that this error has been fixed. Are you guys able to confirm this?
