0xC03F300D error code logging in to Microsoft Mahjong

I guess I'll throw my hat into this ring as well, Microsoft Minesweeper isn't working for me. I can get into Solitare just fine. Tried everything I saw above, none of which worked.

I guess we're all just special 0xC03F300D people.

I see other people are suddenly having a problem with Microsoft games here and getting error code 0xc03f300d.

First I only had the problem with the Solitaire Collection. This morning Mahjong Collection did the same thing.

I uninstalled and tried to reinstall Solitaire to no avail, getting the error code and being asked to sign in to use the app.

Was having problems with sign-in for MS Mahjong and MS Solitaire. Did not take note of any error code/message. Did uninstall of both apps. When go to store to reinstall, consistently get error code 0xc03f300d. Running Windows 8.1. Problems just started
within the last week.

 

Add me to the list of people with this problem now. So far, I've only seen it in Mahjong. I was able to play jigsaw and solitaire this morning without a problem. I play Solitaire, Mahjong, Minesweeper, Taptiles, Jigsaw and Sudoku daily, so I'll add to this
post if any of the other games have the same issue. I can log into the Xbox app just fine. All games worked fine yesterday for me. My last Windows update that installed was on 12/5, well before this issue started.

Having the same problem. For me, it is only happening with Microsoft Mahjong. The error message I get clearly states that it is a problem on the Xbox side:

"Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. The error code is, 0xC03F300D, in case you need it"

 

Just adding my name to this thread. Same issue as everyone else, but in Project Spark.

I am just wondering. You have reported this error code in multiple games/apps on Windows. However, you don't all have problems with the same games. For example, some people can log in to Jigsaw, but not in Project Spark. This is why it is making me look
towards the settings you have selected.

Has anyone changed any settings within the Apps/games before this error code appeared. This could be the smallest setting?

I know this could be a long shot, but I am wanting to see If we can find something in common with each other, then - and maybe then - we can narrow this problem down for the developers to resolve.

I think it's more likely a cached connection still working on other games. After rebooting, I have other games that just don't connect to Xbox Live any longer but don't give the same error code as the Project Spark. Because applications continue to run in
the background in Windows 10 even when closed, I don't think you start seeing errors until Windows finally swaps it out of active memory.

 

I made no changes to anything before the problem arose -- not to Xbox, the games, the Store or Windows generally. As already stated, there was a Windows update a day or so before the problem appeared. I could successfully play jigsaw until I turned off my
computer. When I turned it on again the next day, I couldn't.

Moreover, I reported above a "miraculous recovery" with regard to Jigsaw. It lasted two days, during which time I successfully downloaded several new puzzles, and played several. Today it has gone off the air again with the same error message!

 

Problem is gone. For me, anyway. I never changed any settings. Played Mahjong yesterday evening, no problem. This morning, couldn't play at all. Tried it on my desktop, tablet and laptop to no avail. But, as I said, it is working again 8 hours later.

I still think it is an authentication problem on the Microsoft/Xbox servers.

 

I'm kinda over this, Mahjong stopped working for me several days ago and none of the suggestions in this post worked for me it appears that Microsoft's usual lack of help has lost another customer think I'll just uninstall the game and forget about it

 

One thing I've noticed, it seems like most of the games having issues are those where in-game purchases/code redemptions have occurred. At least for me.

 

Obviously nobody has an answer to why Microsoft Mahjong and Jigsaw show the error message 0xC03F300D. I have been using these games for the past year and only resuled in needing to reload Jigsaw 3 times, but it worked each time. Now it loads up but just
gives an error message.

 

I get this error code when starting up jigsaw and mahjong on windows 10.

On the laptop with windows 8 they still work.

The other microsoft games like minesweep en solitaire and jackpot all work fine under 10 and 8.

 

same problem here with jigsaw and minesweeper. i can sign in to the store app with no problem tho.

I have another thing too, a weird thing! the "restore down/maximize" button disappeared from minesweeper!!

that all happened after I applied the latest windows updates. and no I didn't change any settings.
