    Hello,

    I have recently purchased a 10tb hard drive and added 3tb of media to it. I have used kodi, VLC player and media player and while I can see all of the files i seem to be only able to play files stored within the first 2tb on the drive. The error message 0xc00d11cd
    (0x80070001) appears when a file can not be played.

    The drive is a 10th western digital my book with its own external power supply. I have checked the drive and it is working as expected. My PC is able to see and play all the files on the hard drive.

    From looking at other similar issues on the forum the advice seems to be to delete and reinstall media player and delete all unnecessary files off the xbox which I have have done but the issue continues.

    Has anyone had a similar issue that was able to resolve it?

    Try putting the drive back on the PC and reformatting it.
    Thank you for replying. I have previously reformatted the drive without any luck.
