I can't sign in to see my movies on the Xbox Movies & TV app. The only solution I see is to make sure I'm connected to the internet, and try connecting again. If I'm definitely connected, "make sure no firewalls or proxy servers are blocking access to online
    services."

I'm definitely connected to the internet. I'm on my Xbox One so I'm pretty sure there's no firewalls or proxy servers because I'm on my Xbox One, not a computer.

I tried to find a solution through Google but am finding nothing. And the Microsoft support website is no help at all, it just tells me to do the same thing shown above, basically to "make sure you're connected to the internet." Which is a suggestion a five
    year old could make.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

A few things you can try:

    1. Locate the app in My games & Apps > press the menu button on your remote, choose exit and then relaunch the app.
    2. Power cycle your Xbox > retry the app.
    3. Locate the app in My Games & Apps > choose manage app > scroll down to saved data and delete what is listed > retry the app.
    4. Locate the app in My Games & Apps > choose manage app > uninstall all > reinstall from the xbos store.

If this was helpful let me know!

I'm having the same issue, but I bought three movies. It took five tries to get Lone Survivor to play and then I paused it for a few minutes and the same error code. 0xc00d1126 (0x800c0005)

I rented a movie today and I received this code 0xc00d1126 (0x800c0005). I tested my network settings and everything checked out fine. My network shows all service available and nat type open. Multiplayer tested fine also 0 packet loss. I cycle power on
the xbox and router which did not help. Can someone please tell me what's going on. Thanks.

    Hello Kyle Singh

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you have an issue signing in to your Xbox account wherein you encountered an error code "0xc00d1126" it says " 'You don't have internet connection". Let’s work together in finding the best resolution to this issue.

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

    • Is there any third-party antivirus installed to the computer?
    • What are the steps you have taken so far to fix the issue?
I made research and I found some methods on how to correct the error code that you encountered. You may follow the steps below.

Method A. Power Cycle our Xbox App Device

    • Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button ī£ on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
    • Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button ī£ on the console or the Xbox button ī£ on your controller.
Method B. Go to the My Games & Apps- Choose manage app- scroll down and save the date then delete what listed there

Method C. Find the My Games and & App- Choose manage the app- select uninstall- Reinstall the App from the Xbox Store

Let us know the result and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

We look forward to your response.
