    0xc000007b error while installing CATIA


    When I try to install CATIA software through CXINST.exe it doesn't work and says: Impossible to start the application correctly (0xc000007b).

    I'm not sure but the problems may be related to the Citrix workspace, that application blocked other apps in my computer and I had to remove it; after I did that, most applications were back working normally but some games do still tell me that they can't boot because mfc140.dll can't be found so I tried redistributables reinstallation but the error in the image pops up.

    I've already tried a lot of troubleshooting like a clean boot, redistributables reinstallation, DirectX reinstallation and I don't know how to solve it, your help would be crucial.

    The game I'm trying to play is e football and pes I didn't download it actually some one sent the files to me it didn't work so I took it to a friend who know a little bit about it we thought it was the game so I sent the game to him it worked instantly

    I've done everything you listed aside reinstalling the window I've downloaded updated everything I've also scan there is no problem but yet the game is not working

    Thank you for responding. To clarify, do you mean the game was not purchased from Xbox/Microsoft Store or is not a Game Pass game? If yes, you may need to reach the person who purchased the game to share the license, or you may also reach Windows PC Support so they can help you further on this.
