Thanks so much for providing this great information. At this time, there is an Xbox Live Service Alert that has popped up regarding this issue. I recommend requesting to be notified once the service alert has concluded by going to the Xbox
Live Status page and selecting Notify Me for a one-time only text.

Hello. I am having the 0x97e107df error code as well. I have an XBONE and I am trying to play a downloaded game. I played it yesterday just fine. For some reason when I click on the game icon it will crash after 1 second and give me the error screen.

The first game I tried was Jurassic World Evolution. I tried the same thing with Dead Island. Both games crashed and wouldnt start up.

I have tried resetting my XBOX and it hasnt helped. I am able to connect to the xbox live servers just fine.

Same error. They're multiple threads now with this popping up in the last 15 minutes. Looks like Microsoft is having an issue they need to resolve.

Just got this error code as well. I am on xbox one x. I have restarted my console twice. Second time i unplugged it for 30 seconds. Just seems to be games(one and 360 versions). Doesn't matter if they are on internal or external hard drive. Apps work fine.
