Thanks so much for providing this great information. At this time, there is an Xbox Live Service Alert that has popped up regarding this issue. I recommend requesting to be notified once the service alert has concluded by going to the Xbox
Live Status page and selecting Notify Me for a one-time only text.

Hello. I am having the 0x97e107df error code as well. I have an XBONE and I am trying to play a downloaded game. I played it yesterday just fine. For some reason when I click on the game icon it will crash after 1 second and give me the error screen.

The first game I tried was Jurassic World Evolution. I tried the same thing with Dead Island. Both games crashed and wouldnt start up.

I have tried resetting my XBOX and it hasnt helped. I am able to connect to the xbox live servers just fine.
