Not for long. It is an outage Teams are working hard. Here is a status of the live page when you can click notify me to get a message when everything is ok. Link.

I am trying to open and play games on my console and it is saying, "Give it another try. If this happens again, visit xbox.com/errorhelp and enter the following code: 0x97e107df." Obviously I went through that step and received information saying that
there is no article to help the problem that I am receiving. I usually call Xbox customer service and have someone guide me through these problems, but apparently the line directed me to a link which is ridiculous. I don't want to waste 3 hours of my day trying
to fix the problem that hasn't given me any information about it online. How do i fix this problem considering the error code I have received??? Im on the same �� idk what to do
