    0x91d7000e DTS-HD specific error code?

Miss Share Bear suggested this workaround:

If you're seeing the error 0x91d7000e when you have custom video settings and are trying to use the newly released “Blu-ray Bitstream pass-through” feature and DTS-HD playback, check out the info below!

If your Video Output settings are not set to the “Auto-detect (recommended)” option under the Advanced video settings page and you're trying to play a DTS-HD movie, you may receive an error message of:

Your audio receiver can’t decode this. Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-ray and uncheck the option to let your receiver decode audio. Then play the disc again.“ (0x91d7000e)

    To resolve this issue:

    1. Go to Settings > Display & sound > Video output > Advanced video settings
    2. Ensure TV connection is set to “Auto-detect (recommended)”
    3. Now try playback with “Let my receiver decode audio” enabled under the Blu-ray settings
I've tried this, as well as every other troubleshooting technique I could come up with. From power cycling to changing settings in my AVR, and nothing has solved this issue... HOWEVER, I only experience this error code on specific movies. It is only evident
on movies that have an audio codec of DTS-HD Master Audio. I noticed it with Guardians of the Galaxy, another poster said he had the issue with Star Wars: Rogue One. I tried that movie and had the same issue. I noticed that both have the DTS-HD
codec and tested a few others, including Deadpool in 4K DTS-HD (failed), The Dark Knight Dolby TrueHD (PASSED), Transformers: Age of Extinction 5.1 Discrete Dolby Digital (PASSED).

I have read that others have this issue exclusively with Marvel movies, which are all (as far as I can tell from my collection) coded in DTS-HD. As I can tell from my tests, this also includes Star Wars movies coded is DTS-HD. My personal testing leads me
to believe that this is an issue isolated with that specific codec. Any ideas on when there will be an update to address this issue?

    :)

After re-reading and trying the below it worked!

    1. Go to Settings > Display & sound > Video output > Advanced video settings
    2. Ensure TV connection is set to “Auto-detect (recommended)”

That's a bit weird though... Looks like a bit of a bug to me...

    Hey Slushy!

So we don't run you through steps you've already tried, can you list all the troubleshooting steps you've taken thus far? Also, what is the make/model of your AVR and TV?

Screenshots of your settings screen on your console would also be helpful.

Having that info will help us start figuring out what to do so let us know! 0x91d7000e DTS-HD specific error code? :)

    0x91d7000e DTS-HD specific error?

I was about to submit a new thread about this, I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. DTS-HD Master Audio specific titles do not seem to work and fail with the 0x91d7000e error. I've tried power cycling the console, unplugging everything and plugging back
in, trying all sorts of combos in the video/audio settings, still nothing. Dolby Digital, TrueHD and Atmos all work fine. DTA-MA and DTS:X does not work.

I'm connected to a Yamaha RX-A2050 which supports all of theses...

DTS reverting back to Uncompressed 7.1

There is absolutely nothing wrong about uncompressed 7.1.

    DTS(Lossy) < DTS HD High Resolution Audio(Lossy) < DTS HD Master Audio(lossless) = 7.1 Uncompressed(lossless)
