One of the reasons I purchased XBOX ONE S was that I had 4K display and it could supposedly play 4K blu ray. Now I realise that it was such a stupid thought.

The error code kept showing, so I went through every steps I found on the internet; restart the console, reset the settings, re-install the blu ray app, remove the disc, etc. And not just once, but awfully multiple times and none of them could solve the
problem. I even reconnected all the cables, but since I can play games without a trouble, so what is the point? Funny thing is that the blu ray titles I tried were not even 4K or 3D. They were just ordinary HD titles which can be played even in the cheapest
model.

The truth is, when I played disc for the first time, just once, it worked quite well, but when I tried again with another disc after a couple of hours it would not., and even the one I played in the first place did not work either. I would kill to have a
solution for my case, otherwise I would shoot myself for the regret that I had chosen 4K illusion over Last Of Us and Uncharted series.

blu-ray player error code

i recently bought an xbox1 slim,whenever i put in a blu ray disc i get the following error code:

' 0x91d7000a ."Disc stopped. Make sure your TV's HDMI input supports HDCP rights management. If not, try plugging your Xbox into a different TV input"0x91d7000a '

i tried a reboot as suggested by xbox support and another hdmi input.neither worked

despite the error the blu-ray proceeds to play after the message dissappears,it just annoys me that the message appears everytime .'

hi did you manage to resolve this issue? I cannot believe that I have bought an Xbox to replace my Blu-ray player and it doesn’t even work - what a joke..

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this and see if it helps.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work contact support to see about getting it repaired. Contact Us | Xbox Support

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, simply follow the steps below:

1. Eject the Blu-ray Disc from the console.

2. From Xbox Home, with Blu-ray in the big application tile, move the focus to the Blu-ray tile, and then press the Menu button on your controller.

3. Select Quit. If "Quit" is not available, the app is already closed.

4. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

5. Select Profile & system > Power > Restart console > Restart.

6. After the console restarts, reinsert the Blu-ray Disc.
