    Hi everyone I got some issue . Recently I bought blue ray dvds . Most of them work great . But one of them didn’t work . Error #0x91d70005 . Pls tell me how should i fix it . That dvd cost a lot and i don’t know what to do .

    I tried to change my location from xbox also change my account region . I thought if i change my region this would work. But it won’t help . So there is no way to fix? 😣

    If it's a region issue as you have stated, then there is nothing that can be done. The disc might be from a different region, and the blu-ray on the Xbox One is not a region free player, so cannot play movie discs from another region.

    Seems to be an issue today based on comments and reply dates. XBox can we get some assistance please? This was not an issue in the past, only today.

    Unfortunately there is no way to fix it. I ran into this problem myself. I had to replace the disk to the correct region.
