    just watched 2 dvds with no problem. Put in the 3rd DVD and it says "Please try a different disc. We can't play this one. (0x91d70001)" the disc is the correct region and is just a regular DVD like the other 2 that worked.

    No Movies (blu ray or dvd)

    0x91d70001 also.. but on original dvd's tried several. no difference

    Do you have a capture device connected?

    If not let´s try performing a full power cycle

    Full Power Cycle

    Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button  on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

    Once the lights on the front of the console, unplug the power cable from the rear of the console.

    Wait at least 30 seconds.

    Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button  on the console or the Xbox button  on your controller.

    I cannot get my UHD Blu Ray discs to play with my Xbox One S on my LG55UH7700 4k TV.

    This is an error code I've gotten 0x91d70001. I have updated my Xbox One S with the November update. My TV seems to be up to date as well.
