0x90070490???

Everytime when I try to connect my xbox profile to xbox live the same error message appears. It says to informe them typing the error code 0x90070490 at xbox.com/errorhelp. But when I try it, it shows that the error doesn't exist... I don't know what to
do. I can't at least play something because my profile doesn't connect to xbox live. What should I do?

It started last night for me when it was having trouble downloading a map for Minecraft. I reset, and now when I try to sign in, it gives me that error. I thought it might be a profile problem, so I deleted my profile with the intention of re-downloading
it from XboxLIVE, but now when I try "+ Add New" it says the same thing.

I don't want to make empty threats, but I'm not the only one thinking of buying a PS4. Microsoft errors are one of the biggest deciding factors between the two.

 

for real.. I'm going to ps4 and leaving xbox... like XBOX ur trash and I cant even login in my account... I at least kept on trying and trying almost like 20 times already...... I'm done

 

Hello there if the error still occurred you can try the following steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console

 

I can't even sign in offline! btw i've reset my console at least 7 times with no positive results, I also made the mistake of removing my profle to re-download it

edit: PS4 might just tickle my fancy if this message keeps coming, 15 resets and counting. probably wasting my time though.
