    0x90070490- Unable to access Network settings


    So I've had this issue for a few days now and i'm not sure what to do:

    My xbox can't connect to xbox live as i'm unable to reach network settings- It just says: Something went wrong with the error code

    0x90070490. What's worse is this code isn't recognised on the support page on this website. I've no clue how to get back into my network settings and it means I cannot choose a network to play online.

    I've seen quite a few recent posts on forums with this same issue and we all get the unrecognised code. I don't know if an update will fix it as i cannot even get online to update my xbox.

    Please Help!

    Can't access my network settings to chose a new WiFi. This code keeps appearing 0x90070490. This has only happened since I put in a new headset in my remote.

    Apologies for the delayed reply! If you are still running into this error can you provide some additional info?

    We were not able to find any descriptive info for that on the
    error code guide     could you possibly send us a photo of the error so we can see what other info it provides?

    Are you seeing the same error wired and on wifi and which version of the console are you seeing this error appear?
