    HI everyone i found a fix for that stupied erro thats stoping you from playing your game Step 1 go to settings Step 2 got to system Step 3 go to consol info Step 4 go to reset consol Step 5 click on reset and keep my games and apps this mean that if will
    remove your account not your games putting your consol on factory reset but all u have to do is when it finshs resetting just put your account info in and you will have all your games on your account HOPE THIS WORKED FOR U LIKE IT WORKED FOR ME HAVE
