Hi, I'm having trouble connecting to the app. Error message: 0x90010108

Need help getting my xbox back up and running.

Something went wrong. It told me to go to xbox.com/errorhelp and enter 0x90010108. No support articles were found for 0x90010108.

Won't even load home screen. Just get a message to come here and search code "0x90010108", and i get " no code found" .

and then i find that you all have the same issue and have this exact code... can we get some help?

 

hard reset usually fixes that. Press and hold the power button to force it to turn off, pull it out from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

habe ich dei konsole ausgeschaltet und neu gestartet und bekam einen neuhen felercode: 0x8015DC01, cV: 8nV / Pws / YE + Ils15 Nach nochmaligem Neustart erhilt Ich dan den kode: 0x90010108 Seitdem geht nichts mehr mit meiner konsole HILFE DRINGENT NEOTIG BITTE

Yep, problem was resolved by manual switch off, then disconnecting power cord. The problem arose when I changed controllers, when one was was low on juice.

 

Same story here dudes, unplug the console from the wall for a minute or so.

Microsoft does it again. Updates something, and breaks everything. Then, they show you an error code, but it can't be found. Have to rely on the forums. I can't say Sony is any better, since I don't own a playstation, but this sucks, Microsoft. My Xboxone
has worked fine until today.
