    Hi I had this error and the system would not complete an update.

    my router was blocking GAMING content so was stopping the xbox from connecting.

    Check your router settings.

    Try to reset your router and if you can after resetting, plug in the console by cable and see if you came up with the error in the console update.

    Is there a specific error message and error code you received? Error codes look similar to 0x00000000 or XBOS-0000. Once we have that we'll be able to better narrow down what the issue may be. In the meantime, have you had similar issues installing other
    backward compatible Xbox 360 games from disc? If you can, try another backward compatible Xbox 360 disc to see if similar issues occur.
