    Hi has anyone had the error code 0xb05003c while trying to update your xbox one. I have the original one and I can not update it or a game im trying to play thanks.

    Xbox one error code: 0x8B05003C 0x00000000 0x9FFF0004

    I have struggled to connect to Xbox live for 3 months now as I have had the above error code appear. Microsoft have done nothing to help me when I use their support forum. Has anyone else had this issue that can offer assistance?

    Hey Dexter0986! Are you a member of the preview program at all? Does this error occur when you try to connect the console to the network or when the console turns on? Post back and let me know!
