0x8b050033 on Xbox One after installation on new game.

We are trying to get a new game, Avengers, downloaded and played on Xbox One console for a week. It says game is installed but update cannot happen. Try again with code 0x8b050033.

I have attempted:

Reset console saving games

Uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times

Clear the MAC address

Check the NAT is open..it is

Power Cycle

Please advice.

Looked up the error code and on support.xbox.com it mentions that this error code happens when Xbox servers are undergoing maintenance and to try again in a while.

The Xbox status page doesn't show any outages or maintenance, so please let us know if you're continuing to have the issue today here in this thread.

We also recommend reporting it as a problem if it's still out by using the Xbox Report a Problem App on your console, the instructions can be found in this link on how to download and submit the report on the Xbox console in the drop downs on the top of the page.

Yeah hit retry button new error code pops up. 0x8B050033. Which that one means update not ready yet. I dont know what's going on

Hey Mateus i was able to install game finally but now when i boot up game it says "You need this update, but we cant get it right now. Try again in a while (0x8b050033)"

I’m having this issue on both my Xbox series x one is brand new from today that was working prior to update, also its a wide spread issue as multiple post are on the POE forums
