    Tried the troubleshooting for the "problem with update" error. Customer service sent me here with no answers. Can anybody help? Im really not in a good place and my xbox takes my mind of things.

    Only thing I can suggest is trying the following:

    Here are some things you can do:

    1. Do a “hard reset” of your console by holding the Xbox on button until you hear it switch off.
    2. Select “Stay offline”, and then attempt to manually connect to Xbox Live via the dashboard
    3. Set your console to “Instant On” in the console settings, and then do a hard reset
    4. Attempt to remove yourself from the Xbox One Preview Program (if you’re in it)
