    For some reason I keep getting this message every time I play with a specific friend of mine and it only happens when I am in a party chat with him and no one else. Its not my NAT type nor my internet settings. Im wondering if it my provider AT&T. Any
    advice to resolve this problem would be very helpful

    Sometimes with Xbox companion app I just restart my phone and thats works. Maybe it can work for.I would check

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status. Also, if its happening on your Xbox try restarting your Xbox by holding the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds.
    Also restart your router too.
